Quality Assurance (QA) has been called the “eyes and ears” of senior management. In other words, QA can discover what’s truly happening within an organization, catching things that might otherwise go unnoticed. For senior managers, QA is an invaluable resource that helps keep an organization performing at its best.

KMS’ QA analysts understand that an effective QA program begins with a good understanding of the work that is being done and the policies, processes and procedures that have been established for the organization. They work collaboratively with the organization’s staff to evaluate the level of adherence to the policies, processes, and procedures.

If issues are found, the QA analysts work closely with the staff to determine the best approach for addressing them and to follow through with the chosen approach until the issues are resolved. Throughout this process, QA’s goal is transparency so that no one (management or staff) is surprised by unexpected problems.
