CMMI Courses and Appraisal Services

We have been a partner with the CMMI Institute since 2006 and are licensed to provide the Introduction to CMMI courses and Appraisal Services.

Sharonlyne Graves, KMS’ President, is a certified CMMI instructor and lead appraiser in both CMMI for Development and CMMI for Services, v1.3 and V2.0. She also leads webinars and seminars on various process improvement topics and conducts gap analyses to help an organization jump start its process improvement effort. KMS also provides consultants who serve as appraisal team members, as needed.

ISO 9001 and 20000 Services

Mrs. Graves has also been trained in both ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 standards. She works with organizations to prepare for ISO certification audits by conducting gap analyses; preparing policies, processes, and procedures; tracking the organization’s compliance with the standard; and helping an organization to address any known noncompliances.
